Hey there UA, just quick question. I know there was a grand opening yesterday and also that the new BB policy came into play. I heard that you're not allowed to bring your own BBs anymore, is this true? If it is, what BBs do you guys give out? .2 BB Bastard? And what about .25?
Another question is, lets say that I myself purchase a bag of .2 and .25 BBs from BB Bastard. Could I show you guys the bag and that it is indeed the same BBs you guys give out, and then I'll be able to use those bbs (my own) for the day?
Thanks, Nick

Hi there nickssj21, you heard correct, only field bb's can be used from now on. our field bb's are .20 BB Bastard, they are red, you can not purchase these bbs from BB bastard as they are our customized BB's. The 250 BB's given out are also .20 BB Bastards. We have had many requests for .25 bb's and perhaps on our next order we will change over to .25. There is nothing you can purchase from BB Bastard that you could use at our arena. They must be purchased here.

Hey thanks for replying quick. So a bag of 2000 .2 BBs from BB Bastard is $10. Is it possible to buy a bag of 2000 of your customized BBs? If so, how much would that cost?

The field bb's sell for $10 plus tax I belvie for 1000. Last time I was there they offer a cheaper price if you buy ten or more bags.
As far as bb weight I still dont get why ppl care about .25g bb's for cqb. .25g bbs will cost more, engagment rangedsare not really far enough that a steady shot will be much of a issue and they hurt more.

Most of the time players with heavy armour in CQB don't feel hits with .20 and due to that most BS with non calls happen, and sometime some of us with modified mag springs (PTW) can't use .20 because it will jam the damn gun, most of the newer GBB shoots over the 350fps w.20 most players that bought the newer GBB will use the .25 to bring it down to pass the 350fps indoor unless Joe or Stefano ready to budge the 350fps to 375fps for GBB/Shotty. Joe/Stefano please consider .25

If I buy like 1000 BBs and I don't use them all. After I leave (presumably with the extras) the next time I come back, can I use them instead of buying more or do I have to buy new BBs every time I come?

you may always use your BB's in the future, there is no issue with this. as for the cost between .20 and .25, there is a cost difference, and i will tell everyone this now that our next order of BB's will be .25's but everyone will still be required to chronie in with .20's

I remember reading in a different thread that, for now, you guys will only carry one weight of BB at a time due to ordering concerns; however, in the future, will you be carrying more than one weight? I think .20 and .25 would offer the best variety.
Also, can I ask as to the reason why we are required to use on-site BB's?

our next bb run will be .25, this is because most people have requested this. the use of on site BB's is 2 fold, first and foremost it is a safety thing, everyone is using the same bb's so there is no risk of someone getting shot with a silica bb or having a bio bb shatter and fragment into your face or something else thats delicate, also everyone would be getting shot within a similar range of joules which will mean a more constant level of "pain". Lastly we are running a business and as a business we must make revenue wherever we can, we dont generate as much revenue as you may think on BB's, Having custom BB's made by a reputable brand has increased costs.
